A round-up of Flixmedia's latest and greatest statistics: the year of innovation

Over the past year, Flixmedia has worked extremely hard to ensure our clients generate the most from our services. In addition, 800,000 products have gone live with our services, with 28,000 of them utilising our augmented reality service – Flix AR. In fact, on the biggest retail day of the year, Black Friday, our content servers saw an astounding 70,000 hits per minute!

Our consumer electronic clients on average see an add-to-cart uplift of 14%. For our globally leading client in consumer electronics, Samsung, we hosted and syndicated content for over 34,000 individual products, including the launch of the Galaxy S24 series! Additionally, leading department store John Lewis & Partners saw a 5% increase in their online revenue, and a global toy brand experienced an incredible 13% boost in their average order value!

Furthermore, our insights reveal rich content is three times more effective on high value products, highlighting the value of our service. Furthermore, last year we carried out over 57 A/B tests with an average Add-to-Cart uplift of 9.28%. It was also revealed that our largest category was Televisions, which accounts for over £14b in observed basket value within our network. Our Hotspots service was found to be the optimal way to serve content on mobile, which is also the preferred shopping device with online traffic accounting for 62%.
