Flixmedia Named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2026

Flixmedia is proud to share that we have been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work 2026 for the fourth consecutive year, in the ‘medium’ organisations category. This recognition is a huge accomplishment for our team and the culture we continue to build together.

Here at Flixmedia, our people are central to everything we do. From the way we collaborate across departments to the way we support personal development, employee wellbeing and flexible working. We are committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued, trusted and able to make an impact.

‍

What This Recognition Means

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work accreditation celebrates organisations that put employee experience at the heart of their culture. The accreditation is based on employee feedback and looks at key areas including wellbeing, job satisfaction, reward and recognition, empowerment, pride and information sharing.

Over the past year, we have continued to focus on building an environment where people can do brilliant work, grow in their roles and feel connected to the business. That includes creating opportunities for learning and development, encouraging open communication, supporting wellbeing and giving employees a voice in shaping the workplace experience.

‍Paul Phillips, CEO, shared some thoughts:

“What I’m most proud of isn’t actually the recognition. It’s the team who have shaped Flixmedia into what it is today. I’m grateful to have them on this journey, still pushing, still invested and still focused on what comes next. That’s the bit you can’t fake.”

‍

A Culture Built by Our People

Flixmedia has continued to grow and evolve, but our approach to culture has remained consistent. We believe a strong workplace is built through trust, collaboration and shared purpose.

Our “We Love Working Here” committee gives employees a platform to share ideas, suggest improvements and help shape the experience of working at Flixmedia. Alongside this, we continue to support initiatives that matter to our people, from wellbeing programmes and charity activity to team-led events that bring people together across the business.
