Flixmedia has joined The Sunday Times Best Places to Work

Flixmedia has been listed by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work, for medium organisations. The list recognises organisations that have consistently high levels of employee satisfaction and well-being in the UK. Organisations are awarded based on the results from assessments from employees of the workplace culture, leadership and employee engagement and well-being. Completed anonymously by employees, the survey certification is assessed using six steps that measure workplace engagement. Flixmedia performed exceptionally well, scoring ‘excellent’ and ‘good’ across all six.

The following highlights Flixmedia’s best-performing scores:

• A higher-than-average industry score on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) work, reflecting a healthy balance between majority and minority groups

• Confidence in management score of 80%, 8% above industry average

• Engagement score of 81%, 6% above industry average

• 90% of employees are at low risk of having poor well-being

Flixmedia has worked incredibly hard at providing a positive working environment that ensures high levels of employee well-being within the organisation. Employees can expect a curated career development plan, including training courses, that is designed to meet each person’s development goals. Flixmedia has also provided a range of well-being apps to support employees’ mental and physical health, and various company charity initiatives are supported. Employees are encouraged to continuously contribute feedback and new ideas that are openly discussed at company town-hall meetings each quarter.
