Manager

About the role:

Are you a Business Development Manager with a great understanding and passion for the digital marketing space? A natural sales leader, accountable for maximising business from new logos with a background selling to executives in the online divisions of major brands and retailers? A Business Development Manager, able to create and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients?

You will be responsible for:

• An individual contributor role securing new business from new logos
• Managing opportunities within Salesforce, creating robust funnel management process
• Professional handover to our Client Relationship Manager to retain, engage and grow
• Creating strong Brand relationships to ensure new and upsell business
• Due to the nature of the companies engaged, global travel may be required

We believe the skills and experience you will have to be successful:

• 3+ years’ of full-cycle selling within the online arena
• Experience working internationally at a senior/CXO level
• Great understanding of and a passion for the digital marketing space
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-motivated towards generating, negotiating and closing opportunities
• Evidence of exceeding annual new business targets of over £600k
• Ability to build strong relationships, comfortable hosting and leading meetings
• Strong organisational skills, time planning, attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Able to align to our values of; Accountable, Authentic, Ambitious, Resilient
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
